There is more than one company involved Homecomings Financial Guaranty National Bank of Tallassee ripoff deception

This is to let the people who have been ripped off by this company... That there is a litigation pending against them in Alabama... They are tring to get us to take a payoff of $600 to $900, but as of this moment I do not plan to do this, I want more info... Because if you take payoff you have to give up rights to take any action concerning "any" past dealings of this company... We need to check this out!!! Thanks
