Home was repossessed and sold by Homecomings Financial. My debt is paid in full and they are keeping $6286.48 of money left over from the payoff. Sale of the home was 2002 and since then I've been trying to reach Homecomings Financial.
No one answers phone calls or faxes. I've supplied them with all my phone numbers and email.
My bankruptcy attorney assured me they need to give me the money, since my mortgage is paid and I owe no attorney fees on their end.
The irritating fact that Homecomings Financial WILL NOT communicate in any manner. This has been going on since 2002. They're supposed to be an asset to society, helping people secure their future and they've proven to take all that they can.
