I want in on the class action lawsuit against the ripoff company of homecomings financial louisville

Homecomings financial has had my account in a repayment plan for close to a year and the have yet to send me documentation to show how my payments have been applied. I have had nothing but threats of foreclosure and hassles on trying to pay my mortgage. I want to be a part of the class action lawsuit
