I have a loan with HomeComings Financial for over 4 years, the loan is a second mortage.in 2001 there was a payment that they stated they did not recieve, I have the copy of the cashed check and I have faxed them the information. No action has been taken and now they say that it is to late and there is over 2000.00 in late fees from 2001.
In 2003 we filled chapter 7 bankruptcy and HomeComings was a in reaffrimation along with our car and house. Our credit report states that there is a 0 balance on our loan, yet HomeComings states that they never recieved a reaffirmation aggreement and that our personal liability is removed, yet for the 2000.00 that is in late charges they are talking about foreclosure.
I have all the names of the people that I have spoked with since 2001 regarding our account. I have never been treated more rude then they treat me at HomeComings. Six months ago we tried to have our 1st and 2nd morgage combined and HomeComings refused to sign off on the loan, and then they said that they have no documentation of who the other Company spoke with.
I am not a weathy individual and I need to get some help to combine both of our loans or to sell Home Comings.
I do not know what to do.
