First Consumers Bank while bank was changing servicing agents, they delayed forwarding the mail to new agent. Ripped off and scammed screwed others too slime-ball slow prossessing

I sent my payment to First Consumers on the same date as I been doing since 1994.

I was told that they were changing servicing agents, and there was a delay in forwarding the mail to the new servicing agent. So I was charged with a late fee. If anyone knows of a class action suit, let me know.

I will sign on today.
