Ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees, victimized many consumers

I too, have been screwed by FCNB. Late fees charged even though the payment was made ontime in a store. Now, the stores won't take payment, the website is down, phone doesn't work and can't speak to a human. The overlimit fees are as bad as the late fees. There are $70 a month in fees which is $30 more than my minimum payment.

I am sending a formal complaint against FCNB to both my State Attorney General, consumer fraud division and the Federal Fair Trade Commission. Everyone else should do the same. Eventually, one of the AG's will file a class action suit on behalf of his/her constituents.
