Okay folks, here is our chance. A Class Action Law suit is being filed against FCNB and First Consumers Master Trust. Those of you who have had your credit ruined, charged late fees for no reason, or had excess fees added to your bills, this is your opportunity.

We all know that First Consumers filed for bankruptcy, however, their servicers and the Master Trust is still responsible for its actions. I for one, am tired of being told that the information they are reporting on my bureau is incorrect, but they can not correct the error.
