I too have been trying to get late charges resolved. I have made my payment via the telphone automated system every month leaving more than enough time to for the payment to post to the account.
I have had payments hit my bank more than two weeks after they were made, and late fees assessed. I have also made payments that FCNB is stating were never made. However, they have been deducted from my checking account.
I have tried calling all numbers I have even written and still I have no one who can adjust these fees.
