Ripoff, cheated, scammed abused & mistreated screwed others too slime-ball evil dirt bags victimized many consumers

After reading others complaints against FCNB, I finally relaized I have also been scammed by them, being assessed unfair and unwarranted "LATE FEE CHARGES" while they kept saying my bill payments were late. This went on for several months.

They were providing billing for Eddie Bauer and Spiegel. NOw, with my last payment on June 26, they still have not cashed the check according to my bank, Washington Mutual. I feel a class action lawsuit is warranted here and want to get on a list.
