First Consumers National Bank deliberate late posting of pmts

I am another 'victim' of FCNB. I had an account with them and got hit with the late fee/overlimit fee cycle in 2002 when the company was still based in Oregon. At that time you could still talk to actual human beings and when the company refused to credit the late fees - which were due to their errors - I closed my account voluntarily. Actually, I did this after they told me they should have charged me with multiple fees and were being 'nice' in not doing so.

Now, I have been making online pmts to FCNB, but cannot do that now since my card number is showing as 'invaild' and I cannot reach anyone to correct this matter. Hopefully, I will not have problems with lates fees and the like again, but if I do, I am contacting Equifax and others to see if this can be removed from my credit report permamently.

As to a class action suit, just tell me when and where to sign up!
