I understand that the banks are in a frenzie to generate revenue, but at what cost. I am so tired of dealing with citizens bank and there ever changing policy. They charged me for a transaction that was withdrwan from my account but yet stated that because of the time it came through and so forth that it overdrew my account, except for one thing the item was paid and my statment does not show the item had overdrawn my account. There representatives are so incompetent its not even funny. Not all of tem just most of them. And they always have an explaination as to why they charged the fee. Please help me and check out this petition to help stop these ridiculous banking policy that changes depending on how bad the company is doing.
