On 02-05-09 I paid National Benefit Agency $365.00 which was debited from my checking for grant finding/grant written preparation services. I was sent a profile package via U.S. Mail which entailed income, purpose for the grant money and other personal questions about myself. I sent the infomation back to National Benefit Agency via U.S. Mail with delivery confirmation, in March and April I spoke with their Customer Services Reps who kept telling me now I have to wait 12wks for my grant report which their attorneys would prepare for me. I called on July 17,20, 21,22 and now All I get is a voicemail message, which I lefted several messages. No matter when you call all you get is a message asking you to leave a message, you do not get a human being. I want my $365.00 back. I feel I have been ripped off no one answers the phone.
