I was contacted by National Benefit Agency in Feb. I paid the money. I received my package to fill out, with all my personal information and my families, sent it back certified mail. I also talked to people for approx. 6 weeks after I returned the package. They told me it was at the attorneys office and would take another 6-8 weeks, but that the attorneys office had not called them so my paperwork was all in order and they did not see a problem.
After that I have not been able to reach them, I call leave messages, I have never heard or spoke to anyone from that office again. I looked up their address in Michigan, I found other businesses with that same address. I called a different business at that same location, it was a post office box company. They receive National Benefit Agency's mail and then forward the mail to another address in Canada.
All I want at this point is to get my money back. Well, that and to prevent someone else from having to go through what me and my family have.
