Only Provider need Competition for better Customer Service

I have been with this company over FIVE years. I generally did my business with them on-line.

Recently I was informed by customer service that beacuse I live in the state of FLORIDA I can NO LONGER use my credit or debit card. The fee for debit/credit cards was $6.95.

They will ONLY allow personal checks.

I asked why they stated that have had too many fraudulent complaints with Florida so they have decided to punish the entire state.

Again I have been doing business with them over five years, why am I being punished because I live in Florida.

I do not like personal checks I prefer money orders. Its easier to pay a money order fee than a NSF fee if I balance incorrectly.

I mailed this company a postal money order it took ten days to clear. I asked why their customer service respresentative stated they did not care whom the money order was from. Unbelievable.

Today I paid Western Union to add funds to my prepaid account at a fee of $10.95, the representative stated it would take 24 hours to post.

I have sent money to California and it arrived in 15 minutes. What are they investing/earning interest on my money which is why it takes them so long?

I have purchased items all over the world through E-Bay and have not come across a personal check policy yet. To my understanding they are the ONLY company that has this rule.

This company needs competition. Their customer service is horrendous.

AT&T was broken up, the USPS has competition, why doesn't T-NETIX.

I guarantte you many customers including myself would leave to a more professional experience.

I despise doing business with them.

Why are they allowed to be a MONOPOLY in the USA?
