1st Century
Overcharged

They took $500.00 from me encouraging prospects for homeowners insurance. They guaranteed quality prospects with leads which are investing in a mortgage with 1St-Century Mortgage, were looking for homeowners insurance and could be anticipating my phone. The moment my office beginning generating calls in the checklist they supplied, I understood it was a fraud.

Every person who we could get ahold of, stated these were not using the services of 1st Century Mortgage. These werenot actually trying to get a mortgage or replacing their mortgage with any mortgage business. They truly became worried and/or annoyed. I appologized for that phone.

After I named 1St-Century to request a reimbursement, I was informed the woman who functions discounts was not available. I had been used in her voice-mail. After I did not get a call-back 24 hours later, I requested to talk to a supervisor. Obviously, the supervisor was never available. Out of this stage on, each time I named I had been informed that somebody might contact me back. Obviously, they never did. The one who initially named us to market us the prospects is Andy Charles x4406. Richard Pierce VP x4413 may be the individual I really bought them from. He was really effective these prospects were great.

The Red-Flag that I ought to have heeded was they do not except charge cards for cost. Just like a charge card, their customers might have option!

After I was sceptical about not having the ability to make use of a charge card, he offered me the title and telephone number of somebody in California like a research. After I named the amount, she stated she'd some success using the prospects. Therefore, I purchased the prospects... Hook, point and sinker!
