Always taking money from account it never add up right [late fees]

I was 121.00-, so i added 280.00 to my account. That left 159.00 in my account. Before you know it i was - again, i call customer service she told me i had back fee on items i purchase that printed out for spending on june 7. I got paid on the 19 of june they took over 300. Oo from me it all so confusing you know, just because i am 70yrs old i can tell we i am not treated fairly...
