My account was turned over to NCO from Capital One.
I was contacted by NCO and agreed to make and electronic payment of $75.00. NCO attempted to debit my account for $502.56 which is the full balance.
NCO attempted to debit my account twice for the balance and the funds were not in my account. This is fraud because this was not the agreement that I made with NCO. Upon conversation with NCO, I was informed that they had to try and collect on the full balance of the account to keep the account from being return to Capital One. My bank has charged me $64.00 in overdraft fees and NCO refuses to give me my $64.00 back.
FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. Do not agree to make electronic payments to NCO, they will not keep there word. Fraud fraud fraud.
