Family Savers Club
Ripoff took $19.95 from Bank Account, overdrafted, creating 133.66 in overdraft fees so far

On 2/8/05 Family Savers Club took $19.95 from my bank account. I still don't know how they did it. The balance was only 6.34, so it created an overdraft. I check the account online, so found the overdraft next day.

Immediately called the fraud dept. They sent me a form via email. I printed form, filled it out and took it to my bank, they faxed it to the fraud dept. My 19.95 was returned on 2/22/05. However, I still showed a negetive balance for all the overdraft fees. $133.66 total.

I immediatly called the fraud dept. Again, today. They canceled the fees, that is $34. $7./day after 4 days. So, I am a happy camper today. I don't like their exorbitant fees, but at least they put it back.
