For the last 14 months Bank of America has been taking $20.00 per month for a Advantage account that I did not sign on for. The account requires a $5,000.00 min balance in your checking. Wish I had 5,000. Laying around. After arguing for about 20 minutes they agreeed I had not authorize the account and they refunded $60.00 (out of $280.00). I told them the balance was due me. They agree but simply put I was out of luck... I should have told them sooner. The way I see it Bank of America went in to my account and took my money... Where I come from that is stealing.
Watch your statements and don't trust then.
