I had no charge savings and checking account with Nations bank. Bank of america took over and started chargeing twenty dollar a month fee's to my account. Well this account was an extra account I had and hardly ever used it. Well years later I made a deposit and got a balance statement and it the balance was $1,7000.00 lower than it should have been on my leger. Come to find out they had been chargeing me 20 a month for years without my knowledge and refused to reinburse my account. I did turn it into the OCC but nothing has happened yet. The Bank Big Crook told them it was the customers place to watch the monthly statements. I have since closed these accounta and one month later had a $4.80 credit on it then a $5.00 service fee and now months later I have a $10.00 negative in the closed account! They are total incompetant people!
