I was involved with a fraudulant bank account scam at Bank of America to the tune of $15,000. A Bank of America Customer Service Manager told me they would refund my money if there was an account at their bank used for fraudulant activiy, The money was wired from Bank of America to Madrid, Spain. Well, after two court appearances they have not stood by their word. I would not bank at Bank of America if it was the last bank in the US. Please stay away from this bank if you know what is right for you!!
