No investigation! Bank of America commits a felony on the national level through its Online Banking INTERNET

Dear Taxpayers and Citizens,

Being a customer of BANK OF AMERICA (BOA), I trusted "MY BANK"! Online banking seemed convenient but in actuality it is turned to be an easy and Legal Robbery from the side of my home bank to its customers. And in addition, it is performed with humiliation for the weaker side - again the customer who spends hours speaking on phone with BOA Customer Service to seek the true for bank statements, transactions and funds. I felt discriminated and filed a verbal complain against the associates' treatment to myself as a customer.

Here is my story! On August 5th, a friend of mind, a customer of BOA as well, transferred to me in the early morning $100, once, and $50, later, and according to the policy of BOA's Online Banking the transfer was delivered "immediately".

Speaking with BOA's associates lately, I was told no transfer could be made if funds are unavailable. On the 5th logically, funds were available for my friend to transfer online the money to me.

I spent the money the same day as the money was already posted in my bank account on the 5th and my debit card allowed me to debit the nessesary items. The very next day - August 6, the Bank of America Online Banking Department decided it has the right to STEAL back my money LEGALLY, to return it as non-sufficient funds to the previous owner-customer (my friend) and due to some legal issue with him to charge him 2 x $35 Returned Non-sufficient Funds fees.

I insist and argue that:

Bank of America legally committed a bank crime: robbing a customer as disregarding its rights for the security of the account.
Bank of America committed illegal breaching of the sovereign account and applied an unissued by anyone General Power of Attorney to operate with my money in the way they 'needed'.
Bank of America constituted illegal return of the money to the very first customer as disregarding my right to have it as already transfered (given) amount to me.
Bank of America achieved two things: it requested a return of $150 from me (one time) and $150 (second time) from my friend plus $70 return fees (from him): the total amount of $370 illegally earned money.
Additionally, BOA messed up the bank account of my friend to negative more than $-2,200

Bank of America commits a public felony on the national level through its Online Banking and I wish someone to investigate its illegal practices.

Please help to initiate a national investigation against the biggest crime of the 21 century - Online Banking, specifically the BOA's. I insist for the Congress to create strict laws for ONLINE banking and against 'the Bank legalization of the Online larceny" against taxpayers of the U.S.
