Three overdraft fees despite ATM and online balances showing funds

Bank of America charges three overdraft fees when my account at the ATM, online banking n on my phones internet read sufficient funds then they claim there's nothing they can do about it when its a bank error bc if funds were not in my account then it should not show for withdrawal
