HRS & BEST BUY did not send bills, charged excessive late fees ripoff swindlers

I purchased a laptop computer and microwave using my best buy card. Several times throught the last 8 months i did not get bills. I always pay my bills and mail them the same day i get them, so i was looking for hrs bill. I definitely did not get a statement and then when i got it, i was charged late fees several times. Finally, i got onto what they were doing and paid the whole thing off - cash. I will never shop best buy again. Shame on them.
