Hi. Wachovia Bank Ripped Me Off and I am HOT HOT HOT
I deposited cash in my bank to cover all the credit card purchases that were to go through and I checked everday when I got I home to make sure it posted and there was money in the account to cover the bills before I paid them.
However, Wachovia bank put hold on funds but never took out of account or showed any holds, and then put them all through at the same time after they took out their fees first so they took out the NSF fees before they put the bills through and that made me have no money because they took out their fees first and then put the payments through and then charged me twice for insuffience funds.
The last thing showing on my account was I had $110 in my bank on 10/18 to cover bills and they took out $90 when it clearly showed I had funds in there and that made me have like $10 and the on 10/19 they put the bills through which of course there was no money to cover, they already took it out for NSF the day before they even put the bill through, like three or four bills were no good after they took the first $90 out and then they charged me $30 again.
What a complete rip off. I know for a fact the money was there. I put the cash in the bank to make sure it was there before I paid the bill, went to bank deposited cash went home checked computer to make sure it cleared and then went on line and pay my bill, I went right to the computer after the deposit to check that it cleared wondering why the other money had not gone through but still with enough to cover my bills and then I went and paid them and then they totally ripped me off.
This is totally a scam and I want a class action suit against them I am sure they are totally ripping people off, no doubt in my mind. I am not wrong I know I had the money there they took it and then made my bills bounce. They hung up the phone on me just like the other rip off compliant I read I called back three times but they all want to explain it and I said there is nothing to explain you took my money before the bills were paid and made them bad and then gave me a double whammie and charged me twice for nonsufficient funds, because the took my money before covering the bills. The cash was there and no one is going to tell me different.
Luckily for them it is Friday and they are not open tomorrow because I am going down to the local bank here and see the manager and all hell is going to break loose. I am closing that account and I will tell everyone and anyone not to go there. They hold your checks and put them all through the same day after they see you might be over a few cents and then they take out their NSF fees before they put the money through and they are the ones taking the money and making you have insuffient funds before the bills clear.
We need to stop this and make them pay for the stress and aggrivation this is causing undoubtly people who are just barely getting by as it is. All I Can Say, Please tell me how to start a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. I need someone to take this case of rip-off fraud today.
