TMc Financial Services they are con artist and rip off agents. This company is taking advantage of people in need of assistance or should I say preying on the dreams of American's that are trying to save their homes.
I went on line seeking information for loss migitigation companies. I sent in information about myself to this company. A rep by the name of Cindy Austin called me the next day giving me this spill about how they can help me and what I needed to do. She went on to tell me that they would guarantee the service or I could get my money back 100%. The cost was $706.00 and that I had to pay them so that they could help me. Well I did everything this Cindy person told me to do. Do not contact my mortgage company, stop payment on the check that I was sending to them so that I could pay for the service that TMC Financial service was going to assist me with. I did everything thing. The last thing I was told is that I would hear back from one of their mitigators.
Well a couple of weeks had passed after my payment of $706.00 cleared the bank I got a call from one of their reps Ingrid. She called and told me that she would be assisting me with getting a loan modification with my mortgage company and again I was told that they would gurantee to get me the modification. She asked me how much money I had saved I was like I just paid you $706.00 I would have to save up something and let you know. She said that she would contact my mortgage company to see where I stood on the mortgage.
Serveral more weeks passed by no call no nothing. Serveral more weeks went by, So I started to call and leave message after message. You could hardly talk to any one. Finally I got this Ingrid person on the line. The first thing she asked me was how much money did I have to give to the mortgage company because she was going to call them and I told her how much I had and she would call me back.
The next few days I got a call from Jan, thie new person that was taking over my account because Ingrid was not longer in that department. She asked me how much money did I have because she wanted to contact my mortgage company... I was like this should have been taken care of already what is going on. Then she proceeded to tell me that they had lost my file and could I resend in all of the information that I sent in before to get on the program, then she told me that my file was probably misplaced or something no bid deal.
Okay here is where the fun begins, this has been going on since December and it was now February and no one can seem to give me any information on the status of my account. I called asked to speak to a manager her name was Robin. Robin told me not to worry everything would be okay asked me for my mortgage companies information AGAIN... I told her that information has already been given and should be in my file... Oh yeah that right they lost my file.
Well after Robin went through this whole spill again about how they are here to help the customer 100%, I gave her the number to my mortgage company and waited hear back from her. She called me back in about 5 mintues told me that there was nothing that they could do from me the mortgage company was in the process of forsclosing on my house in the next few days and to bad. I was like what do you mean.
I hung up from talking to her, right away I called my mortgage company myself and told them what had just happend to me and they told me that they never discussed that my house would be foreclosing in the next few days with any one. They patched me through to the resolutions department and I settle my own account with my mortgage company. TMC Financial did NOTHING.
The nest day I called back spoke to Robin told her that they were not able to help me I helped myself and that I wanted my money back $706.00 she told me no problem and put me through to a lady by the name of Patti in finance. Patti was rude and very ugly to me. I told Patti that TMC Financial did not help me, and she told me that they did help I told her that I set up my own repayment plan with my mortgage company she said basically to bad you are not getting your money back and hung up the phone.
Please to anyone that is reading this DO NOT TRUST these people they are rip off artist and needless to say I lost $706.00 that I never really had to throw away TRUSTING this company.
