Their ATM's were down and I had to pay for the NSF fees due to their incompetence

I went to make a deposit just before six pm (the close of the banking day) both of the bank ATM's were inoperable. I couldn't make my deposit on time and incurred over $300 in NSF fees. The bank would not reverse these fees nor would they return my calls, EVER.

This was a banking error, THEIR FAULT and they won't do anything to fix this problem. These guys will do anything to make a buck.
