I have been only banking with BOA for 3 months and they have charged me over 300.00 in over draft fees. I thought I kept good records until BOA found a way to steal my little money. They fees nor your purchase dont hit until the next day, which i was told that they hit right away. I feel if i dont have the money that they should decline the purchase, but they pay it for you then charge you 35.00 even for a 1.00 purchase. When you call them they act like you are trying to get over on them and speak to you as if you went to banking school. They fast talk you leaving you broke and frustrated and refuse to remove the fees, this is truely trial and error, that's the way BOA teach you and you pay for their teaching.
I cant afford to bank like this... IM BROKE, FRUSTRATED AND WORRIED that they will give me a bad report, which forces me to pay the fees, i have direct deposit so they will get paid... I think this is a scam. Their fees come so late that even when you dont make a purchase, you are charged. I dont understand the acct and they try to keep me confused. Im too old for this. Please help
