Bought a bad debt that was written off and filed in bankruptcy. Violated the fair debt collection practices act. Filed a civil claim judgement against me

New Century claimed to have bought my debt from a credit card company who had written off the debt. I filed the original credit card company and New Century when I filed bankruptcy. New Century proceeded to file a civil claim judgement against me for the amount of the debt and several thousand of dollars more. The judgement has been on my credit report for years.
