This report is about bad banking and unfair treatment. A account holder has gotten nothing but complete and utter disrespect when asking if the bank could cancel a atm card and the account holder got yelled at, told she was a liar. The manager at the bank suggested that she should part ways with bb&t, then threatened to shut down the account himself. A employee from the bank also told her that she should have at least 1000 dollars in the bank or they would charge a fee. The employees lied, the management lied and took the employees side almost immediately.
When the account holder went above the branch managers head, again that person pushed it aside, and treated it like a non issue. Disrespect is what was given nearly everytime the bank was visited.
