Poor business ethics

I opened a new checking account with what I thought was going to be a good bank. Upon entering the bank the branch manager didn't make any eye contact with me nor did he introduce himslef as the branch manager. He began the opening procedures and going through my paperwork and stopped at my business license and told me that it was expired. The account was active with the city that it was issued in and yet told me when the account was opened it would be invalid. Upon the account opening he put a 21 day hold on the deposit and didn't tell me to my face, only gave me a piece of paper. I called back to the location on the following Friday and he stated that the account was going to be closed because the business address couldn't be verified. I questions the manager and he told me that he didn't have to give me a reason. I then asked for the Regional Managers phone number and he gave me the assistant managers phone number. When I called the number my call wasn't returned until 3 days later and I was called a liar and treated with the most unprofessional business ethic. I have spoken to the highest person with the bank so she says. I was charged $70 to close the account. This is without a doubt the worst bank in the history of banks. So many dishonest team members and managers. I would stick with another bank and if you have an account with RBC I would consider closing the account and going somewhere else. Fidelity bank has been able to handle my needs very well. And the customer service is great.
