US bank is a terrible bank and I would advise you stay away from them. Their branch managers dont care about you or give you the service you'd expect. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. I had a very simple issue with three overdraft fees that just needed to be reversed. When I looked online at my account the day before I got paid it said there was still funds in my account and then I got paid at midnight and three charges hit. The manager at my home branch said he would take care of it for me. He lied.
