After applying for a Bank of America c.C. I was rejected. I received a letter in the mail of the declined credit card with a credit line of 500.00. A offer was mentioned on the letter that I can get a Credit Card if I make a payment of $99.00, within 30 days of letter.By check or money order.

This is not mentioned on their website, but pretty sneaky in get my business by paying for it!
