We signed up for the insurance through Family Security through what we were told was an open enrollment for MN. A couple of weeks went by and we received a call that MN was not elligible and we would not have coverage. A week and a half after that phone call a $313.50 charge was taken out of our checking account. When I finally reached a live person they said it would take at least 30 days for them to supply a refund. I informed them that was unacceptable and asked if they were going to pay any overdraft charges that may occur because of their fraudulent withdrawal and they said NO. My bank is now investigating the charge.
