I placed two orders with Jovap Investments in Sept 06. The payments were received on the 13th and 21st Sept.
I received an email in November regarding the orders but since then nothing. I have emailed them and phoned numerous times but have not had any response.
When you do phone you are unable to speak to a representative, it just goes straight to a voicemail system. I have now been waiting four months for my orders.
My bank requested the funds I have paid to be returned but they refused. I will now be taking legal action to recover the money.
