On 1/13/07 i received a notice from nco financial services telling me that verizon had placed my account with them for collection. I also tried to contact these individuals and each time i thought i had gotten through the person answering would ask me to please hold and hold and hold. They never came back to talk to me. I attempted this several times with the same results each time. I have every intention of contacting verizon tomorrow and inform them of what i have discovered. I would also like to thank usacomplaints.com because without reading the other responses from individuals i would not have known of the problems other individuals were having with this same company.
