JOVAP Investments received my money in the form of a check on March 13. Since this date I have been trying to reach them via email and phone; niether of which have I been successful.
If you try to call JOVAP's toll-free number or their International number, either one of them go directly into a voicemail system. Nobody has responded to my calls or emails, despite me informing them that I would be filing several complaints against them by way of the BBB, usacomplaints.com; through my bank; the Attorney General's Office, etc...
If you are reading this report after you have been "ripped off" by Jovap Investments; I would suggest that you also contact the webserver; which in this case happens to be at the bottem of their website homepage; or on their Contact Information page. Fortune3 is the web server provider in this case.
I contacted Fortune3 (E-Commerce Solutions provider) and spoke with a Manager named David on March 29. David confirmed that Jovap Investments is currently a client of Fortune3's, and stated that he has received complaints about Jovap Investments in the past. He stated that he would be looking into the complaints and "shutting down" Jovap Investments server upon confirmation of these complaints (We hope you're telling us the truth David!)
I'm not going to stop with this company until I see that they are SHUT DOWN for good!
