After 6 months still no delivery and no word from customer service working in Iraq and placed (2) orders

I am working in Iraq and placed (2) orders with DinarMerchant over 6 months ago and have received nothing from them, including replies to my inquiries as to my orders.

Early on I did get a response from their customer service stating they had lost all records of payments received in one of the Hurricanes (not Katrina). I had my bank fax copies of my checks and never heard a word for weeks.

After months of inquiries I finally received a reply apologizing for the delay and that my order would be fill with days. This was 2 months ago and again I never received an reply to my questions or any notice of my orders being shipped.

It is difficult to describe how inconvenient it is to access the internet over here. You work 12 hours a day 7 days a week, so free time is extremely precious. Waiting in line to use a phone or a computer is a very frustrating use of your 2 hours a day of free time.

Do not send these people money. I will be taking every action I can upon my return to the States to get some satisfaction from this whole mess.
