I sent $119 to purchase a 10 Oz silver bar. The company recieved my order on 09/17. They recieved my check on 09/22. They cashed my check 09/27. I tried contacting the company to ask when my order would be shipped, but after emailing them 3 times for more than 1 week, they have not responded. They have not posted any information on their website regarding the shipment of my product. They have sent no automated emails regarding the shipment of my product. Since my check was cashed, I've recieved zero communication. I've called and left a detailed message with (2) phone numbers that they could call me at. 24 hours later, I have recieved no phone calls back. When you call, there is no option to hold for a live representative, in fact it goes straight to a voicemail system, as if they don't really have any customer service people working for the company.in all the business I've done, this is the first time I have waited for more than 5 days without a response via Email. It has been 8 days since my check was cashed and as far as I can tell, the company hasn't even reviewed my order.
