Country Elegant Gifts, Jade Janesko, Country Bumpkin Did not supply customers with orders, received payment, total ignoring of the issues Pennsylvnia

Started having problems in August with this supplier. Upon agreement we listed wholesale lots on ebay. The prices that we listed were hers. We agreed on the amounts that she was to be paid for these orders (have documentation). The first several orders went out in August, but when the customers received the orders they were short candles. 1 customer 12 and the other customer 44 candles. I contacted the company and she stated that it was going out the next day. The customers have not received the orders. During that time also we had lots running on ebay and had a total of sales of 2800.00. I submitted the orders and the payments that were agreed upon. To this date the customers have not received their product.

I have tried everything with this seller, even asking her to send me the orders so I could make sure that the orders were complete. Everyday I received an email stating that they would go out, or they went out she would send the tracking number, or she was waiting on wax, she was packing them now etc. Customers have paid for order and still have not received orders.

In turn this has ruined my credibility with paypal, and ebay.

I realize that issues could come up, but I emailed several times asking nicely for an explaination. After that time I stopped getting responses from her. I continued to email then I started getting auto reply's that she was out of town. The first one was October 3, I emailed her on the 3 no response, then I emailed her on Oct 4, then I got a auto reply she was out of town till the 5, okay emailed her again no response, then I emailed her again and now she is out of town till the 15th of October. It seems to me this company just wants to take consumers money and not provide the product.

I lost potential fundraising contacts because the buyers said it takes to long to get the product. I can't blame them I would not want to do business if you can supply and only take the money.

On every order I have I have email documentation on the results of a particular client that she stated the progress of the order and none of them are true.

I would be to anyone's benefit not to do business with the company. They start out doing fine and then you sink like the titanic.
