Ripoff no customer service no product no response no active phone numbe

I ordered a number of 10 oz. Silver bars, along with a gold bar. According to the website, if I placed an order over a certain dollar amount, they would send an additional 1 oz. Silver bar. I placed this order May 11th. They received payment on may 15th. On June 29th I emailed them at their website and inquired about the order that had not been received. They responded and told me "We are having delays with orders containing 10oz silver bars. We are asking you to give us at least until next week. If we don't send it by next week we will change and ship out 1oz Silver bars instead of 10oz Silver bars by friday. We will also include another 1oz Silver bar free for this delay." I did receive the gold bar and a 1 oz. Silver bar but no 10 oz silver bars.

I waited until October 2nd before contacting them via email and by phone. I have received NO response from either. I tried another email and another phone call on October 9 with the same result.

I can only assume that they have taken the money and run. The website is still active and they still advertise 10 oz. Silver bars
