I received Household Bank Master Card 2 months ago, but was not able to active it.in order to activate it the bank requested
a. Copy of my driver license,
b. Copy of my SS card or W2 form
I send all required documents 2 month go, but Household Bank Master can not find it. Then I've requested to close my account, but they refused for "security reason".
I was billed $48 annual fee for the card that can not be activated. Then $20 late fee has been added.
I've talked to customer service about 8 times, and they can not solve the problem.
