Sent me a preapproval credit card letter. I sent them my money and never heard from them again ripoff

I received a pre-approval letter for a credit card. I sent my money but never received even awhisper of a response. I WAS RIPPED OFF!!! I am currently recovering from two surgeries and needless to say the "rip off" does not brighten my day. KYLEWILTON, Connecticut
