I am a victim, and I was sent a preapproval letter from first national credit. It said I was preapproved for $7500, and all I neede to do was send in A $37 fee. I did so and waited for about seven weeks before I got anything in the mail. However what I got was alot of nothing, I got a 10 to 15 page order book and some instructions that stated that I hade a $7500 credit limit but I hade to order out of the book that I received from them. I was highly disappointed with this scam, first of all there was nothing in the book that I cared to purchase. I immediately prepared everything I received from First National Credit to be returned. I did so requesting my refund of $37. After waithing several weeks I sent A fax requesting my refund, surprisingly I got A response from A lady stating that it will take several weeks for me to get my refund. Well so far it has been 3 months and I am still waiting for my refund! LaShawnGarfield Hts., Ohio
