First of all, I do not recall ever authorizing icardservices to deduct any money from my account. When I was aware of the $159 that they had deducted from my account I immadietly called the company and asked for a refund.
A customer service representative e-mailed me a refund paper to fill out to recieve my money back and I faxed it back to them in less than 20 min. I tried to call back to see if they recieved my fax and no one ever answered my phone calls. I thought they may have closed so I decided that I will just call back the next day.
When I called several times the next day no one still ever answered my calls. I was on hold for 10-15 mins at a time never speaking to anyone. I found out that their business hours are fom 9-6 so why did they not answer my calls the same day I faxed over the paper. When I called them back at 5:00.
I want my money. I am a college student who was ripped - off. The $159 they deducted from my account put my account in the negative and I am unable to pay my bank back in the 30 days I'm suppose to. I want my money back.
