Two days ago I went online trying to find an instant credit card for instant credit. I arrived at www.icardservices.com which had a very special offer on VIP VISA credit cards. I signed up and was approved with in minutes.
It was to good to be true after all the small print stated that only $30.00 would be taken from my account for a one time enrollement fee. The next morning I went online to check my bank statement. I went into shock to find out that $159 had been taken from my banking account and I was $60 in the hole.
I immediately called my bank to see what was going on and to stop payment to the credit card company but it was to late payment was already sent out. My bank gave me a phone number to call the company. I did the lady on the phone stated to go back to www.icardservices.com/refundform and submit my information.
I went to the website only to find the it was a form that not only needed to be printed but faxed out as well. I don't have a printer nor fax so I called back only to hear her tell me that the only way to get a refund is to have the paper printed and faxed. Some good customer service!
