We are not sure how icardservices got our bank information but somehow they did and they took out $169.00 from our account. We had applied online for a shopping network and now we have unkown companies trying to make withdrawls from our bank account.
We also had another company try to do the same thing this morning. But fortunatlry jim was at the bank when this one tried to go through and he was able to trace it back and stop payment on it.
But how in the heck do these fraudualnt companys get this information? And how do they keep doing this to all of us? And how do we get our money back from the company?
And if we ask the bank not to let the transactions to go through unless it was via a check or atm usage are they allowed to refuse to do this. They are aware of what is going on and they are unwilling to help us stop this.
Jim told the bank it was an unauthorised transaction and all they did was give him an 800 number to call and that was all they could do. And this 800 number was for the icardservices.com also known as advantage card.
How do we get out of all of this and how do we get the company to refund our money and how do we get the bank to work with us on this matter? Can you please help us out?
