On October 25th I notices that $159.00 was withdrawn from my checking account. I had know idea how or why this account was withdrawn from my account. I did not give out my account to anyone especially not on the internet. There was a phone number next to the name Impact ACH. I called this number and got no answer. So I tryed looking it up on the Internet. It came up unfound. So I tryed the number again.
After holding for about 20 minutes A lady answered. I explained to her that this withdrawl was not authorized by me. She told me to go to www.icardservices.com/refundform this came up unfound.
So then I tryed www.icardserices/refundform.com consumer complaints came up. I had read alot of consumer complaintss but none of them told me that they got there money back. But consumer complaints did tell me what I should do.
I went to my bank and ask to talk to a manager. I explained my situation and she was very helpful. We went to her office. She called the number that was on my statement. And while we were waiting for an answer we filled out A "ACH Written Statement Under Penalty of Perjury" form. Then she faxed it. She told me to watch my bank statement I probably will see the money returned in about 30 days.
I do look at my account almost everyday. It took only 9 days and my money was back in my account. The one concern I have now is are they going to try it again?
