Bank Remedy ripoff

I have been dealing with Wachovia for over two years now, and have fought unsucessfully to get them to revise their unfair practices when it comes to collecting money for insufficient funds, etc.

I ultimately filed a complaint with the US Comptroller of Currency and the end result is that there is no legislation that prohibits these practices.

The only answer I can think of is to lobby your States and Federal legislators (for whatever good that will do) to try and convince them that these practices are and should be illegal.

Another possible remedy is that if enough people with complaints can get together and see about filing a class action lawsuit
