Wachovia's practice of maxing out same day overdraft fees is the same as Bank of America, whicn just lost a huge class action lawsuit, with Wachovia now headed for the same class action scenario

Wachovia is practicing the same greedy tactics as their competitor, Bank of America, which recently settled a very expensive class action lawsuit. Wachovia, along with Bank of America and other greedy banks, has long been practicing that unscrupulous tactic of posting debits before deposits, and manipulating the order of various debits and deposits for the sole purpose of generating additional over draft fees.in late Bank of America paid the price by settling an expensive class action lawsuit, with Wachovia soon feeling the same fate and financial pain as Bank of America:

With that unacceptable tactic now in the spotlight, time for all those impacted to join one of the many class action lawsuits, and take back some of the huge amount of funds those greedy banks continue to extract from the pockets of the hard working, tax paying public.
